We sell hay and straw for large and small animals from our base at Northill, Beds.

Why choose Longhay hay?

1. We control the quality ourselves, from looking after the meadows, through baling to selection for sale. We know what makes good hay - we have been producing hay for many years.
2. Our meadow hay is from our own fields in Bedfordshire. We limit any spraying to just spot spraying on one of the fields to control any pernicious weeds. We mow when the grass is at it's optimal stage of growth (weather permitting) and carefully manage it through to the time when we bale it and take it into store. Unlike some producers we don't use any additives on our hay. 
3. We can deal with relatively small quantities (min 5 bales).
4. We feed some of our meadow hay to rabbits locally. The feedback we get is always great.
